TERMS FOR OUR FREE MONTH AT OUR BREA MALL LOCATION:

• Offer valid until 1/5/2023
• Offer only valid for our Brea Mall location
• Must have a new lease signed and paid for by 1/5/2023 to participate in the free month
• Requires a 6 month commitment
• Discounted rent for a 6 month lease
• Your 6th month is your free month
• Deposit still required
• Only valid on customized wall spaces
• Does not apply to tables, jewelry cases, or per piece program
• Pay month to month or all upfront, completely up to you
• All regular rental terms apply

Current vendors may participate in this offer but they will need to sign a new 6 month commitment.
