We are super excited to be able to offer this no rent promotion at our Westminster Mall location. Promotion is valid during the time frame specified. 

• No monthly rent, ever!
• 35% commission from sales instantly 
• One time deposit, refunded if vendor decides to leave
• 3 month commitment and then month to month after
• 30 day notice required to move out
