Make sure you are on the correct location when uploading products. You can toggle between locations.
Make sure tax is always left to the on position.
Department is the store location that you are located in. Please select the appropriate location your products will be sold in.
Category is also the location your products are sold in.
Make sure to be descriptive with your items and with product titles, this helps staff find your items just in case it won’t scan.
Make sure to include an inventory count with your item or else it will not scan in the register and we will not be able to sell the product.
You may upload your products with barcodes already or if you do not upload barcode numbers then the system will generate them for you automatically.
WHAT INFO TO ADD:Title, category,make sure tax is turned on, price, quantity, and correct location if applicable. No other information is needed. Do not add barcode information unless you are using your own barcodes.

We recommend toNOTuse variants. Variants make it harder for the vendor and Urban Market staff.
Product images are not required
SKU is locked and can not be changed. UPC can be changed and you can put in your own barcode number there.
We recommend printing new tags from the Ricochet program even if you have your own barcodes.
